Breathe in the Clean Air

The calm of the click-clack keys slows one heart and dries the sweat. A warm day to walk the nighttime blocks. No yelling. A sigh from the city, finally. A rabbit burrowing into the ground to feel the warm rain wet the earth and cover it like a blanket. Steady falling and steady sleep.

An empty apartment after a party when everyone had a grand time and left at 10:00pm, removing their trash with their bodies. A quiet unheard of. A quiet to remember why you smile in the first place.

Squeezing, unlike with a toothpaste tube, a mysterious feeling arises. Gentler eyes point towards unlovables and the mouth is taught patience.
